Designed to accommodate 112 residents, the residence offers comprehensive options, including permanent, respite, dementia, and palliative care. Thoughtfully crafted with comfort and wellbeing in mind, the space features luxury amenities such as a cinema, library, salon, day spa, and private dining facilities.

Buckford supplied ERCO recessed Skim and Starpoint downlights, delivering high-quality general lighting with excellent visual comfort and energy efficiency. These luminaires seamlessly blend into the architecture, creating a warm and inviting environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Externally, WE-EF LIGHTING QLS410 luminaires provide grazing light to enhance the building’s facade while delivering directional lighting for safe orientation.
