The Philips OptiVision Gen 2 delivers optimal conditions for those playing after sunset at Balwyn Park Tennis Club. The lighting upgrade has increased the light intensity on the court, enhancing player performance whilst minimising electricity consumption and light pollution.

The OptiVision with internal louvres controls the light, reducing light spill in the surrounding residential area. Whilst delivering excellent illumination levels and uniform light distribution to guarantee the visibility of the tennis ball at all times. The floodlights are coated with a black finish and mounted on black 10m poles, located in the corners to provide light for a double court. The addition of an efficient lighting scheme allows the club to have more night competitions, coaching and social play, particularly in the winter months.
