Margaret Court Arena & AAMI Park Lighting Upgrade

We are thrilled to share that we are working with Melbourne & Olympic Parks (MOPT) to complete the lighting upgrade across Margaret Court Area and AAMI Park.

Melbourne & Olympic Parks is Australia’s heart of sports and entertainment, welcoming millions of visitors across hundreds of events annually, from tennis to basketball, international acts and musicians to epic arena spectacles.

344 lights will be replaced with 320 Philips Lighting ArenaVision Floodlights across AAMI Park to deliver an energy-efficient LED lighting solution and enhanced lighting performance.

164 lights will be replaced with 64 Philips Lighting ArenaVision floodlights across Margaret Court Arena, providing energy savings and high-quality lighting. Margaret Court Arena will also feature thematic lighting throughout the stadium, illuminated with Coolon ARIA, a high-power RGBW linear AC floodlight.

It is an exciting upcoming year for MOPT, with AAMI Park selected as a host venue for the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023 and Margaret Court Arena playing host to the world’s best tennis players at the Australian Open. The lighting upgrade will help MOPT maintain its position as Australia’s premier sports and entertainment precinct and allow MOPT to continue delivering world class experiences for players, patrons and viewers internationally.
